Yes - we do marketing

That’s our answer when people ask us if we are a marketing company. But that’s also like asking, ”do you do science?” We get asked that question because marketing is a broad term and means a lot of different things to different people. Our specialty is in the front end of the marketing spectrum, where we develop the strategy or the plan and only then move on to the tactics. So let’s get some clarity.

We will help you determine what your marketing needs are and develop the right plan for you based on your objective, budget, and preference of work style or relationship. As with everything we do, we begin with establishing the objective or goal. We then get smart with insights. Help tell the story about your brand. Understand who your customers are or should be. Why they buy from you or don’t. And only then develop your plan.

Once we have your plan, only then can we move forward with how to best execute the tactics. Those can encompass that very broad set of specialties typically associated with marketing such as media, social, advertising, PR, content, websites, automation, lead generation, etc.

Execution

We can coordinate and manage the execution of the plan by working with your internal team or agency. If you don’t have a resource or agency to execute the plan, we can find the right one for you. There is no one right agency or model - but there are better choices based on your budget and how you prefer to work. Our only focus is on your successful outcome given that many agencies claim they can do it all, though few do it all well.
