Though KeyBank is where Sue and Dean met, her career includes work with top consumer and business-to-business brands. Her experience is vast and includes product development, brand health, decision journeys, ideation, and innovation. Along with her research skills, Sue brings an ability to lead and mentor that helped her build high-performing teams for KeyBank, American Greetings, Malone Advertising and Adcom.

Curious, energetic, and creative. Dean worked in financial services for over 20 years with Visa, American Express, and JPMorgan Chase. After living everywhere from San Francisco to D.C., it was KeyBank that brought him to Cleveland where Sue and Dean met. He left the fun world of banking for Cleveland’s largest marketing agency as a partner, serving as Chief Strategy Officer. Dean now resides in College Station, Texas (about half way between Austin and Houston). He brings his senior corporate background and fresh thinking to every engagement with expertise in marketing, branding, strategic planning, and innovation.
