Analytical & Intuitive

At the Long & Short of It, we provide in depth and comprehensive economic impact studies that capture the effects on the economy of a particular project, event, or industry.

Our work is done in partnership with Dr. Shawn Rohlin, Associate Professor of Economics; Director of Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation at Kent State University. His research specialties are in Urban, Public and Labor Economics. Specifically, his research studies how government policies impact local economic factors, such as business location decisions.

The key to good decision making is not knowledge. It is understanding. We are swimming in the former. We are desperately lacking in the latter.
— Malcolm Gladwell
